Neurovations is a national leader in medical device and pharmaceutical innovation, clinical research, and a world-class education program focusing in pain and neuroscience. His role will be impactful for outreach needs assessments with patient advocates and stakeholders.
Emery N. Brown is Professor of Medical Engineering and Computational Neuroscience at MIT and Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard. He is an important contributor in understanding the neuroscience of how anesthetics act in the brain. His research has been featured on NPR, the New York Times and in TEDMED 2014. His role will be critical in selection of projects and mentoring funded teams.
