Erika Ross Ellison is the Director of R&D Applied Research at Abbott Neuromodulation leading applied research strategy and external partnerships. Previously, she was Deputy Director of the Surgical Device Innovation Accelerator at Mayo Clinic which gives her the expertise to understand and create technologies to address unmet patient needs identified by surgical staff.
